Component 1 — Fully Managed Web Hosting
The USC Service includes fully managed web hosting powered by enterprise grade Dell servers with Samsung SAS SSD storage, hosted in Spin Design’s North Ryde, NSW data centre. Daily automated backups are performed via cPanel using Acronis Backup to ensure data security and rapid site restoration in the event of an incident.

Component 2 — Comprehensive Website Maintenance and Support
2.1 Monthly Maintenance Activities
The following maintenance activities are performed each month as part of the USC Service:
- Weekly backup verification via Acronis Backup and Solid Backups;
- WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates for all installed plugins including the full Core Plugin suite;
- File and folder permission checks and corrections;
- Security assessments and hardening via Solid Security Pro;
- Form functionality testing (including Gravity Forms);
- Monthly maintenance report issued to the Customer summarising activities completed;
- Annual SSL certificate renewal;
- SMTP2GO email integration management including blacklist monitoring, DKIM record configuration, and management of blocked outbound email ports; and
- 24 hour, 7 day per week uptime monitoring via Uptime Robot with instant alert notification to Spin Design upon detection of downtime.
2.2 Content Update Allocation
Component 3 — Core Plugin Suite and Licencing
To maintain optimal performance, security, and functionality, Spin Design manages and renews a suite of premium WordPress Core Plugins as part of the USC Service. All Core Plugin licence renewal costs are included in the monthly USC Service fee. No additional licensing charges apply to the Customer for these plugins while the USC Service subscription is active.

Component 4 — Website Speed Optimisation (Spin Speed Pack)
4.1 What Is Included
- Site Diagnostic and Recommendation Report — identifies performance issues and provides prioritised improvement suggestions;
- NitroPack Plugin Integration — advanced caching, automated image optimisation, lazy loading, and global CDN delivery for faster page load times; and
- Expert Speed Support — ongoing assistance for speed related challenges and queries.
4.2 Compatibility Note
Component 5 — Domain Name and DNS Management
- Domain name registration, management, and renewal on a standard one year term;
- DNS record management to ensure reliable routing and connectivity for the website and all linked services including email;
- DNS zone file management covering A records, AAAA records, MX records, CNAME records, TXT records, SPF and DKIM authentication records, and nameserver configuration; and
- Coordination with the relevant domain Registry and auDA for .au domain name compliance.
Component 6 — Email Delivery Integration (SMTP2GO)
Spin Design integrates and manages the SMTP2GO email delivery and relay service as part of the USC Service. SMTP2GO ensures reliable and secure outbound email delivery from the Customer’s website, including:
- transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, account notifications);
- contact form and enquiry form submissions via Gravity Forms and other installed form plugins;
- automated system notifications;
- blacklist monitoring to identify and address outbound email deliverability issues;
- DKIM and SPF record configuration for email authentication; and
- blocked outbound port monitoring and management.
