Six months on the Spin360 tier as your initial term. After that, month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. Ultimate Spin Care is month-to-month from day one. There are no exit fees and no penalties.
Are paid ads included in any tier?
No. Spin360 covers organic marketing: social, SEO, GEO, local search, reputation, creative, reporting. Paid advertising is a separate add-on (Spin360 Ad Management) so you only pay for the ad management tier that matches your actual ad spend bracket.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
Essentials suits sole traders and businesses under $1M revenue who currently have little to no marketing in motion. Standard is the flagship, built for established businesses in the $1M to $10M range ready to commit to ongoing growth. Premium is for businesses where marketing is a major lever: bi-weekly strategy, dedicated account manager, video creative, email marketing, competitor audits. What if my business changes tier mid-engagement?
Upgrades apply from the next billing cycle with no penalty. Downgrades after the 6-month initial term, also no penalty. We'd rather you be on the right tier than the one you signed for if your business has changed.
What's GEO and do I actually need it?
GEO is optimisation for generative AI search such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity. Increasingly, customers ask AI assistants for recommendations instead of searching Google. GEO makes you the answer the AI gives. It's particularly valuable for B2B, professional services, healthcare, and high-consideration purchases where buyers research extensively. For pure local foot-traffic businesses such as cafes and takeaway, traditional SEO is still doing most of the work.
Can I take the SEO package without the Spin360 marketing retainer?
SEO is sold as part of each Spin360 tier. For SEO-only engagements outside the productized tier structure, we offer custom-quoted SEO retainers. Contact us and we'll scope it.
