After GoDaddy allowed hackers to gain access to our hosting account, many calls with GoDaddy not caring about a customer of over 10 years and them advising they no longer keep back ups, I contacted Simon and the guys who in a matter of hours had us back up and running and also have given us solutions to both re build our site as well as secure it and back it up.
