We had our online shopping website designed and implemented by Simon and his team. It is a highly customised website due to the nature of the custom made products we sell.

We used to have another company doing this website before we knew Simon. It was a disaster and I didn’t want to waste my time. So we quit in the half way.

Having used Simon and his team on several occasions across several different industry sectors I have

found their ability to understand the message we wanted to relay and their complete professionalism to

be exceptional.

Whilst having a complete understanding of what was required and what we wanted to achieve is all well

and good relaying this information to someone who you are entrusting your digital messaging to is a

completely different story. Made more difficult of course, as you can see what outcome you want in

your mind but have a lack of the basic knowledge communicate this clearly.

I found the team at Spin capable of extracting from our conversations a concept of not only the

messaging but also who we wanted to target with the messaging. I also found that rather than be a set

and forget organisation they continuously communicate and give feedback with the analytical data

around our web site. This enables us to stay current, accurately portray who we are and what we do.

So much so that following a recent conversation we are currently going through the process of

rebuilding and modernising our current digital face.

I cant stress enough how important it is to have an organisation such as Spin Design as a partner, it is
